Star Trek: Deep Space Nine DVDs

The entire series of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine was released on Region 1 and Region 2 DVD in 2003. Slimpack versions (like those released in 2006 for Star Trek: The Next Generation) were released in Region 2 areas on April 30, 2007.

A survey on StarTrek.com in late 2006 revealed further plans for fan collectives featuring Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes.

Alternate Realities

The Alternate Realities Fan Collective will feature six of the eight Star Trek mirror universe episodes, including three from Deep Space Nine:

• "Crossover"
• "Through the Looking Glass"
• "Shattered Mirror"

"Resurrection" and "The Emperor's New Cloak" will not be included in the box set.

Participants were also allowed to vote for any of the seven hundred plus Star Trek episodes for inclusion on the DVD. The focus was on episodes such as "Far Beyond the Stars".
