Star Wars Tales: A Jedi's Weapon was a Star Wars Tales entry which saw release on May 4, 2002. The publication was the contribution from Dark Horse Comics towards Free Comic Book Day.

As the planet Kashir prepares to join the Republic, they want to meet with some Jedi. To this end, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker are sent to guard the king's wives. In the process, Anakin's lightsaber is stolen; the story chronicles his efforts to retrieve the stolen weapon.
