The State Elections Commission of Puerto Rico —Spanish: Comisión Estatal de Elecciones de Puerto Rico (CEEPR or CEE-PUR)— is the entity that guarantees the right to vote to the citizens of Puerto Rico. It was created on December 20, 1997 by Law Number 4, as amended, known as the Puerto Rico Electoral Law.
