State Road 157 is a north–south route in the Tallahassee, on Woodward Avenue on the east side of the Florida State University campus, between State Road 371/Gaines Street and State Road 366/Jefferson Street.
Leon County Road 157 continues northwards on Old Bainbridge Road.
