State Road 25 (SR 25) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Florida. It is mainly signed as U.S. Highways:

Intersection of State Road 25 with Marion County Road 35 and State Road 35

The portion from Lady Lake to Belleview is now County Road 25. A short piece in Belleview, from State Road 35 to U.S. Highway 27/301/441 (SR 500), is signed as SR 25.

State Road 25A
Location: Lake City

State Road 25A also known as South Marion Street is an unsigned designation for part of U.S. Route 441 in Lake City, Florida. It runs from State Road 25 south of downtown, where US 441 joins U.S. Route 41, north to State Road 10 (U.S. Route 90) and State Road 47 downtown. As SR 47 splits from SR 25 south of Lake City, north of where SR 25A merges with SR 25, it must run concurrent with SR 10 between SR 25 and SR 25A, and so SR 25A allows US 441 to run straight across SR 10.
