State Route 23, also known as SR 23, is a state highway in the U.S. state of Washington. Originating at an intersection with U.S. Route 195 in Steptoe, SR 23 extends in a roughly northwestern direction for about 66 miles (106 km) before terminating at SR 28 in Harrington.
