State Route 253 is a north–south state route located in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. From the route's southern terminus at Lake Seminole, the route runs east-northeast to Bainbridge, where the route turns and continues north to its northern terminus at State Route 91 southwest of Newton.
