State Route 270 is a west–east state route located in the southern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. From the route's western terminus at State Route 93 in Sale City the route runs northeast to Doerun, where it becomes cosigned with State Route 133 for a short distance before continuing east to its eastern terminus at State Route 33 east of Doerun. State Route 270 has one banner route, State Route 270 Spur, that connects the State Route 270 mainline with State Route 133 in Doerun.
