State Route 273 is a west–east state route located in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. From the route's western terminus at State Route 370 west of Cedar Springs, the route runs east to its eastern terminus at State Route 91 west of Colquitt. The route has one banner route, State Route 273 Spur, that runs from the Chattahoochee River east to the State Route 273 mainline's western terminus at State Route 370.
