Georgia State Route 303 begins at U.S. 17/SR 25/SR 520 west of Brunswick, USA, which is also the eastern terminus of U.S. 82. The route travels north across the Turtle River, then arcs to the east, intersecting U.S. 25/U.S. 341/SR 27 in Arco. The route continues east, reaching its northern terminus at U.S. 17/SR 25 north of Brunswick. The route acts as a bypass for U.S. 17 around Brunswick.

The original (former) corridor of Georgia State Route 303 was what is now the corridor of Interstate 95.
