State Route 309 is a north–south route located entirely in Decatur County, Georgia. From its southern terminus with Gadsden County Road 159 at the Florida state line, the route travels north to Bainbridge. The route then travels northeast to its northern terminus at S.R. 262 northeast of Bainbridge.
