State Route 333 is a north-south route located entirely in Brooks County in extreme south Georgia. From its southern terminus at Florida SR 53 at the Florida state line southeast of Quitman, the route runs northwest to Quitman, then north, reaching its northern terminus at SR 133 northwest of Morven.
