State Route 334 is a short north–south highway in Jackson County in northeast Georgia. From its southern terminus at U.S. 441/S.R. 15 north of Athens, the route runs northward through generally rural parts of the county to its northern terminus at S.R. 98 in Commerce. The route can be used as an alternate to U.S. 441.
