State Route 376 is a highway that runs west-to-east through portions of Lowndes and Echols counties in southern Georgia. From its western terminus in Clyattville at S.R. 31, it runs east, intersecting Interstate 75. It has a brief concurrency with U.S. 41/S.R. 7 in Lake Park before continuing east to its eastern terminus at S.R. 135 west of Statenville.
