Stellent, based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, was a software development company which provided content management systems. Stellent's primary product was known as Universal Content Management (UCM), which formed the foundation of most of its other content management products. Stellent was acquired by Oracle in November 2006. Their content management system is now sold by Oracle under the name Oracle Universal Content Management as a part of the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack [1], however the term Stellent is still commonly used for this suite of applications.
Stellent was previously named Intranet Solutions, and its product was initially IntraDoc! . Both the company and the product were renamed Stellent in 2001. The location at 7500 Flying Cloud Dr. Eden Prairie Minnesota has since been shut down.
