Stephanie Margarita Farrow (born 3 June 1949) is an American actress.
She is the daughter of film director John Farrow and actress Maureen O'Sullivan. She is also the sister of actress Mia Farrow, and has five other siblings: Michael (1939–1958), Patrick (1942–2009), John (born 1946), Prudence and Tisa.
Stephanie Farrow during her early career as a model and actress. She was featured on the cover of Harper's Bazaar, among others, and had supporting roles in the 1980s films Zelig, The Purple Rose of Cairo, and Exposed. Farrow also appeared in several TV commercials during her modeling years.
