Steve Loyola

Steve Loyola is the President/CEO/Founder of Best Web Buys [1] since July 1997. He has been its primary architect and developer and has 21 years experience leading software development projects in a variety of domains. He previously served as Director of Research and Development for an Internet technology company in Silicon Valley that focused on supply chain management. His early career was spent at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he has led many software development projects, including a paperless materiel acquisition system, three modules of one of the largest Oracle Financials re-engineering project in the country, and various Deep Space Network and Space Station scheduling and forecasting projects.[2]

After receiving a B.S. in Biology from the California Institute of Technology, Loyola earned two Masters degrees: Computer Information Systems from Claremont Graduate School and Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
