Steve Winwood is the debut solo album by blue-eyed soulster Steve Winwood. It was released three years after the break-up of Traffic. Despite high commercial expectations[citation needed], it did not sell well, reaching number 22 on the Billboard 200 album chart. Winwood was not able to launch a successful single from the album.
