Stonehill is a former settlement in Placer County, California.^[1] Stonehill is located 5 miles (8.0 km) south of Westville.^[1]

The Stonehill post office operated from 1900 to 1901.^[1] The name honored the first postmaster, Frances H. Stone.^[1]
