The Strategic Counsel is a Canadian company established in 1995 that provides several market research services, such as conducting opinion polls. Their polls are often cited by the media in Canada, and are currently used for all political polling by CTV and The Globe and Mail. The company was founded by Allan Gregg, a former communications strategist of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada.
