Strawberry tongue is the appearance of tongue with inflamed red papillae, giving an appearance suggestive to a red strawberry.

It is seen in Kawasaki disease,[1] toxic shock syndrome,[2] and scarlet fever.[3]
It may mimic glossitis or B12 vitamin deficiency.[4]
