Stretford and Urmston is a borough constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.
It is represented by Kate Green of the Labour Party. It has been represented by the Labour Party since its creation in 1997, originally by Beverley Hughes, who stood down at the 2010 general election.[2]

The constituency was created in 1997 from the former seats of Stretford & Davyhulme. It is one of three in the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford and covers the north and west of the borough. It contains nine of the Borough of Trafford's wards:
- Bucklow-St Martins
- Clifford
- Davyhulme East
- Davyhulme West
- Flixton
- Gorse Hill
- Longford
- Stretford
- Urmston
As of 2000, the total electorate for the constituency was 72,414.[3]
