Student Health and Fitness Act

The Student Health and Fitness Act also currently known as Senate Bill (SB) 474 has the potential to effect every schoolchild in Georgia (U.S. state) grades K-8. The law would effectively require all students to take a certain amount of Physical Education, Nutrition, or myriad other types of classes every single day for all nine years.
