The Student Health and Fitness Act also currently known as Senate Bill (SB) 474 has the potential to effect every schoolchild in Georgia (U.S. state) grades K-8. The law would effectively require all students to take a certain amount of Physical Education, Nutrition, or myriad other types of classes every single day for all nine years.
