A stuffie is a dish native to Rhode Island, United States, consisting of a quahog clam which has its meat removed, chopped and mixed with breading, and stuffed back into the empty shell. The dish may also include linguica, due to the historical presence of Portuguese immigrants in Rhode Island.[1]
