Sundowner

A Sundowner, in colloquial British English, is an alcoholic drink taken after completing the day's work, usually at sundown.^[1]

A sundowner contains 1¹⁄₂oz Malibu Rum, 5oz Pineapple Juice and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
