Suzanna Reeves (born December 28) is an American singer, composer, pianist known for Ambient and Celtic Soundtrack genre of music and is originally from San Antonio, Texas. Reeves moved to California's Inland Empire in the summer of 2002. Reeves returned to her home state in the Summer of 2011 and currently lives north of Houston, Texas.

[edit] Early life
Reeves was born in Honolulu Hawaii, USA and is of Irish, Scottish, and German decent to Theodore C. Moore and Sarah Reeve Bilger. Reeves is the granddaughter of American Water Color Artist Grace Reeve Bilger.
From the age of five, Reeves played and made up songs at the piano. At the age of 13, she began to compose the songs onto manuscript paper in order to preserve them.

Music being a primary influence in her life, Reeves went on to receive both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in music in vocal performance at Texas State University.

During her classical vocal performing years, Reeves performed in operas such as Gianni Schicchi and Sister Angelica, she also performed in musicals such as Brigadoon, and musical adaptations of plays such as Amadeus. While teaching voice and music theory at San Antonio College, Reeves released her first and self-published music CD Lake of Sky in 1999-2000.
In 2000, Reeves won recognition in the John Lennon Song Writing Contest as one of the winners in the World Music Category for her song Å Ná (Arcane Chant).
In 2002, Reeves' rendition of the Celtic folk song, Star of the County Down, retitled as Dance of the Sidhe was featured in the Brobdingnagian Bards Celtic music Ezine.
Following her grandmother's death in 2000 and another family health trauma, in 2002 Reeves suffered from a pulmonary embolism and postponed the release of her EP Cielie until 2006.
At the end of 2010, Suzanna released her EP The Five Elements by introducing the songs as singles via CD Baby digital distribution. More singles from the same EP were released in 2011.
Suzanna Reeves is currently a music teacher, accompanist, and composes music spots and background music for a variety of venues, records podcasts, and other audio media.
