Svatoslav Galík is an orienteering competitor who competed for Czechoslovakia. At the 1970 World Orienteering Championships in Eisenach he won a bronze medal in the relay, together with Zdenek Lenhart, Bohuslav Beranek and Jaroslav Jasek.
