Swain's First Bike Ride is the first full album by the Berkeley, California punk band Fifteen. The songs generally follow a metallic guitar and chorus vocals style which was phased out in later albums. The album also has quite a few love songs (the most popular songs on the album being "C#(tion)", which was covered by Green Day, and "Sweet Valentine", all were likely written for Nancy, songwriter Jeff Ott's wife), something that was also phased out by later albums. The album's CD edition contains the band's self-titled 7" EP, released on Lookout! the previous year (tracks 11-14).
