Oregon Route 120 is a post-2002 number, and as of June 2011 does not have posted route markers.
The roads that made up this highway were transferred to the City of Portland in 2008 for use as a part of the city street system.
The southern terminus of Oregon Route 120 was along N Portland Road at an overcrossing of the Union Pacific Railroad in North Portland. OR 120 headed northbound on Portland Road until reaching Marine Drive, then headed eastbound on Marine Drive until reaching the interchange with Interstate 5 and Oregon Route 99E.
As of 2005, route markers are not posted for this highway anywhere along its length. However, at the route's southern former terminus, an "End State Highway Maintenance" marks the end of the highway southbound. A similar "Begin" sign does not exist northbound.
