Syedna Burhanuddin

Syedna is a title (somewhat analogous to the title of Pope) for the leader of the Dawoodi Bohras, the Da'i al-Mutlaq. There are a number of different Da'is whose abbreviated name is Syedna Burhanuddin; since it is ambiguous, it is best not to refer to any individual by that name.
