SyncBack is a backup and file synchronization software that allows backing up and synchronizing files to the same or different drives, to different media (CD, DVD, Flash, zip), or to a remote server.[1]
There are three versions of SyncBack available: SyncBack Freeware, SyncBackSE (shareware) or SyncBackPro (shareware).[2]
This program has been highly rated by many users for being easy to use.[3]
SyncBack Freeware is free for home and business use. SyncBackSE and SyncBackPro include a number of extra features, e.g. SFTP, backup to CD/DVD, 256-bit AES encryption, backup to email servers, scripting, etc.
The software also offers a "verify" command which allows MD5 hash comparisons between files to ensure accurate data copying.
