Transportes Aéreos Mercantiles Panamericanos S.A., operating as Tampa Cargo, is a cargo airline based at José María Córdova International Airport in Medellín, Colombia. It is a specialized all-cargo airline transporting flowers from Latin America to Miami, as well as general cargo throughout the Americas. It has hubs at El Dorado International Airport (BOG), Bogotá, José María Córdova International Airport (MDE), Medellín, Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport (BAQ), Barranquilla and Miami International Airport (MIA).

The airline was established by Luís H. Coulson along with Orlando Botero Escobar and Anibal Obando Echeverri. It started operations on 11 March 1973. Martinair of the Netherlands acquired a 50% stake in Tampa Cargo in 1996. Avianca of the Colombia acquired a 100% stake in Tampa Cargo in 2008

- Domestic scheduled destinations: Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali.
- International scheduled destinations: México City, Miami, Asunción, Iquitos, San Juan, Lima, Quito, Guayaquil, Caracas, Valencia, Venezuela, Panama City, Panama, San Jose, Costa Rica, Santo Domingo, Santiago de Chile, Viracopos, Manaus and Curitiba.

On September 27th, 2011, Avianca and Airbus announced a firm order for four Airbus A330-200F Freighter aircraft. The A330's are meant to replace the current Tampa Cargo aged fleet, date to be confirmed as soon as the engine manufacturer will be chosen. This will make Tampa Cargo the first A330 freighter operator in Latin America.[3]
