[edit] Approach

TAXI is structured into small teams working on different clients’ business.[3] This approach is also adopted by other agencies like United States business StrawberryFrog and SMART in Australia.[4]

[edit] Management

TAXI’s management team includes two of the original founders, Paul Lavoie, Chairman and Jane Hope, Vice-Chair, as well as Rob Guenette, CEO; Ron Wilson, CFO and COO,[5][6] and Steve Mykolyn, Chief Creative Officer.[7]

[edit] Awards

TAXI was named agency of the decade by Toronto based virtual magazine Strategy.[8]

Two of Canada's ad-industry magazines have named TAXI Agency of the Year - Strategy Magazine, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005[9] and 2008;[1] Marketing Magazine, 2001[10] and 2005[11] who also awarded it Full Service/Creative agency of the Year[12] for 2006.

The US trade group, the American Association of Advertising Agencies, in 2007 and 2008 honored TAXI with the O’Toole Creative Excellence Award.[13][14] In 2010 TAXI was awarded Platinum status by Deloitte based on six consecutive years among Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies.[15]
