The TD Tower

TD Tower is an office building home to the Toronto-Dominion Bank in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. It was completed in 1974.

The bank building stands at 73 metres with 18 floors and is next to Bank of Commerce. It is connected to the Downtown Halifax Link system.

In 2010, TD Halifax Holdings Limited announced its intention to enlarge the structure and to make substantial modifications to the roof (including an increase in height of 7 metres). The changes would roughly double the existing floor area and result in a more economical structure using "green" technologies.[1]
