The station is in zone 2 on the SEPTA Trenton Line, on the Amtrak Northeast Corridor, and is 12.1 track miles (19.5 km) from Suburban Station. In 2004, this station saw 131 boardings on an average weekday. Amtrak does not stop at this station. The station gained some notoriety in 2013 when rapper Steve "100 Bulletz" Carson was struck and killed by two trains at the same time.
