Takahama (高浜市 Takahama-shi) is a city located in central Aichi Prefecture, Japan. As of October 2011, the city had an estimated population of 44,525 and a population density of 3430 persons per km². The total area was 13.00 km².

Takahama Village was created within Hekinan District, Aichi Prefecture on October 1, 1889. It was raised to town status on July 9, 1900, and annexed neighboring Yoshihama and Takatori villages on May 1, 1906. Takahama was raised to city status on December 1, 1970, at which time Hekinan District ceased to exist.
