Takuya Murata is a Japanese futurist affiliated with the Hawaii Research Center for Futures Studies. His recent publications include, India, China and the future of democracy [1], in the book [2] Democracy and Futures. He is also connected with the Institute for Alternative Futures since he interned with this futures studies think tank [3].
