I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Final year of the millennium?

Hate to nit pick, but 1999 wasn't the final year of the 2nd millennium A.D.! And generally that's the millennium the phrase "the millennium" refers to... ;)

Was this an oversight? Should I fix it? --Ecksemmess (talk) 08:33, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

need to remove it as it is incorrect to say its the last of the millennium, 2000 was the last year. Pro66 (talk) 19:51, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
