[edit] category question
I reached this article from the list of well-known former Crips. However, there's no reference to that in this entry, except for the link back to the list. Why is he included in that list then? --71.31.237.87 05:25, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
- Ditto. He makes his gang affiliation clear in his lyrics, but I think it needs to be mentioned in the article if we want to include the category. The whole article could do with some major fleshing out. Natgoo 17:12, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Afroman is a very respectable adult sinsing them drity rap songs and what he deos with his life is understandable and even honourable. ALthouth he sings about illegal dugs and alchohal, he must have a spot that is just crying out for help
- What? Once you're sober and coherent, edit your post so we understand it. 24.57.203.238 20:36, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] missing song
i happend to find "fuck McDonalds and taco bell" by afroman on p2p, there seems to be no mention of this song even being distributed on an album or online, does anyone know anything about this song? --Joe dude 02:50, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
The 'missing' song is just one of Afroman's problems. Mistitled songs. Crazy Rap is the right name for 'colt 45', which is another song all together. 'fuck Mc Donalds..." would be "Hungry Hustler" on "Sell Your Dope". Starts off with 'I quit my job this morning, i dont wanna work no more' Dragonmere
yeh i found a afroman skit that does not seem to hold any mention in this article either, it is entitled The 12 Drugs Of Christmas
That's off one of his two christmas cd's —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.3.23.213 (talk) 06:15, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] actual article
this is really mostly just a discography. I was gunna gather some articles about Afroman on the internet, and write up a nice cited article, and then post it up here, but then I got high. I'm sure I'll get to it sooner or later.Dragonmere
still planning on doing that? because if you don't, i will.--Bridge 26 06:01, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] new album
Afroman just released a new album called "Drunk 'N' High" someone might want to procces it in the article.--Dwerg85
[edit] Layout/design
The design of the article sucks. Needs to use a better template, and needs more information besides.
[edit] remove unwanted words from article
"but lost the scholarship due to his problems with marijuana like a dumbass."
Not sure the word dumbass is necesary here. Dwerg85 00:50, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Nice upkeep on album list
I like how, randomly, Because I Got High and Jobe Bells were removed from the albums list. I guess he didn't release them anymore, eh? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.209.32.145 (talk) 08:50, 1 May 2007 (UTC).

I deleted some random slurrs attacking afroman that obviously had nothing to do with the article in the albums section, however i'm not very good at editing wikipedia so somebody may want to clean it up a bit more.
[edit] My Fro-losophy
Uh.. does this album even exist? I can't find anything about it by searching. Superior1 23:39, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
Oh yeah, I think it was his first album. It was released in 1999. Here are the tracks:
1. Frostyle 2. Let Me Out 3. Cali Swangin' 4. If it ain't free 5. Crazy Rap 6. The Solution - early version of Let's Get Drunk Tonight 7. What If 8. Ante Dope Valley —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.239.229.213 (talk) 19:01, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Middle name?
Intro says Joseph Mortimer Foreman, bio says Joseph Edgar Foreman - which is it? - David Gerard 10:56, 10 June 2007 (UTC)
I was just about to point that out when I read that you already did. Weird. --Michael Muzek (talk) 03:51, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

[edit] New 2008 Album

[edit] Football
This added by 24.138.101.25 looks unsourced and seems questionable. Removing until someone can cite.
- "After moving to palm dale, he started to play High division football for his High school. He was a running back, and had major scouts from around the NFL watching him in amazement. His football carrer ended horrible when he was hit from behind and broke and tore almost every muscle in his shoulder. He was not able to play football again, and then started to pick up rap with his friends."
See Palmdale - song from the good times album - he mentions that he was headed for the nfl and quotes 2 of his teamates as ricky williams and lorezo (sp)? tate, both nfl players, mentions an injury ruining his chances. The song is biographical in nature though would be considered a primary source no?
[edit] Birthday
According to his Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/afromanmusic) & his IMDb page(http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1397172/), his actual birthday is on the 28th (damn now I don't have a meaningful person who shares my birthday). -Gav —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.234.148.191 (talk) 12:38, 29 July 2010 (UTC) Please change it back.I NEED THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.112.29.47 (talk) 11:22, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
[edit] Artist Photo
I know that wikipedia has a strict policy about a page's primary photo (in this case, the photo of the artist the page is concerning), but this photo is brutal. One cannot see his face and he's playing a large electric guitar, which is something he does not typically do. Call me pretentious, but I think the primary photo for a wikipedia page should provide a real representation of the subject in question. There is no way that this photo falls under such a category. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.230.201.58 (talk) 21:33, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
