In fact, it's of Spanish North-east origin, but it's produced and consumed all over Spain, so it should be listed as a "Spanish typical sauce".
I don't agree with you, In fact is typical from Catalonia (Catalunya) and Valencia, not from Spain (all the country) only from a region.
