Hi. "10-K" - what's that? I'd find it rather usefull if there was some information about the legal backgroud (e.g. regulations in US, UK...).

Hello. Could someone please expand this article to include "Semi-annual report", "Quarterly report", etc. No such articles currently exist so I made a bunch of redirects toke sense to merge this page with Financial statements (which "includes" Financial reports)?
