This is an unpleasantly invasive weed that has proven at least as hard to control in my bermuda lawn in Georgia as oxalis. Here, it appears as early as February and if not controlled, forms dense ball-shaped clusters (like a half a grapefruit or bigger) that crowds out even bermuda. It is evidently known as slender parsley-piert or smallseed lady's mantle, though lady's mantle is a different species. It is an imported weed from Europe, in the rose family. If others can contribute thoughts on effective control in lawns, it would be a useful addition.
