I recommend that Siege of Ruad be merged into this one. There's really not enough information to support two entirely separate articles. Also "Siege of Ruad" is leaning towards original research, since it's not really a major term used by historians. Wikipedia should be following the lead of outside sources, not trying to initiate names for battles. --Elonka 17:59, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

- I agree that it's a notable event, I just don't think it's worthy of a separate article at this time. I'd still recommend keeping it all at Ruad for now, and then if the article does grow to a much larger size, it will be easy enough to split out a separate "Siege" article at that time. --Elonka 22:11, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
