What the hell does this mean: "1969 - Canada decrimilized sodomy by the Prime Minister, by saying and quoting: "the state has no business in the bedrooms of the nation""

I take it the Prime Minister committed sodomy? And he was decrimiled? And the country of Canada actually spoke? Can't find any references to confirm or deny...
