[edit] First foreign land battle?

There were a number of land battles in what is now Canada during the Revolutionary War. I'm changing it to overseas. MayerG (talk) 05:20, 29 December 2009 (UTC)

[edit] U.S. Army?

U.S. soldiers have recently been added as present at the battle; I know of no references that say anything other than U.S. Marines were there. Can a reference for the soldiers be provided? MayerG (talk) 04:47, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

[edit] Spelling of name

It appears that the more common spelling for this battle is "Derna" & recommend changing to that name. Even Wikipedia has the city listed as Derna. Thanks! FieldMarine (talk) 13:41, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
