I've added the Bayswater postcode and updated the text to say that Bayswater North is in the City of Maroondah with a link to the Bayswater North page.

I think the politics section is too detailed and not particularly important. It's also not consistent with the level of detail given over to politics for any articles regarding other Melbourne suburbs.
