I have never seen this rank or taxon used formally. I really don't think it's standard, and I don't think we should treat it as such. As such, I'm removing the category for the time being, until the article has some substantitation. The systems above are all valid - though Archezoa is obsolete, and stole Chromista's color :) - except viruses definitely don't appear in the published versions of at least two.
