Turkish use of Ğ/ğ isn't entirely true. It is said in the article that ğ is between 2 vowels which is incorrect (i.e. "dağlar" meaning "mountains"). And also it isn't silent. That is false. Unicode does not include a ü-breve as a precomposed character, but it allows us to compose it: ü̆ Ü̆. (Not that I see why one should want to use the breve as a substitute for the caron.)
