Hi, this is thomas. I just started using wikipedia today. There is a message that this page is a candidate for speedy deletion.
It's a little unclear, but I gather this is either because I shouldn't have linked to it from the wikipedia sandbox, or I should not have used the word "sandbox" in the page title.
In any event, I'd like not to have the page be deleted, as I do intend to do something constructive with it, and there may be others interested in collaborating as well. This is detailed here:

If the administrators, or anyway someone familiar with wikipedia, could explain what I'm doing wrong here and what I should do to remedy the situation, I will take the necessary steps.

I am not sure whether to take this warning about speedy deletion seriously, but at any rate I have changed the page title to "CFO Act Agencies" till something better occurs to me. If anyone would care to shed light on the situation or refer me to where I could learn more, I would be much obliged.
