Couldn't Counts of Foix be integrated with their County of Foix? Would there be any objection, as long as an Administrator collated the Pages histories? The one doesn't make full sense without the other. Great individual Counts will retain their great individual biographies of course. And the List of counts of Foix remains a separate list... um, of counts of Foix...--Wetman 02:09, 1 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] "Countship" of Foix!

If "countship of Foix" appears in any reputable work of history, then I guess it wouldn't be a solecism. Where does one read of the "countship" of Foix? User:Fastifex is rapidly changinmg all instances of "county" to "countship". --Wetman 13:47, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

I agree with Wetman, countship does not appear to be standard English usage. - SimonP 14:28, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Why has this page been moved without consultation? Countship is not in common usage if at all. Giano | talk 14:34, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
